Brazil Yellow Bourbon: Flavors of red fruit and light, honey sweetness. It has a mild acidity and is great for all brewing methods.
Ethiopia Kembata Heirloom: Complex flavors of blueberry, strawberry, and brown sugar. It is very light and fruity. It really stands out as a pour over but works well for most brewing methods.
Huehuetenango Guatemala: Flavors of maple, milk chocolate, and fruit notes. It has a juicy acidity and is excellent for espresso and pour over.
